RENOSTER
Have a project?
We bring together
what is needed to
realise it.
Renoster is a network of companies, professionals and different capabilities.
We start from what needs to be realised and build around the project the most suitable combination, keeping a common direction from the beginning to the result.
ONE PROJECT / SEVERAL CAPABILITIES / ONE DIRECTION
01 / Why Renoster
A project should not
have to fit a ready-made structure.
Different needs require different combinations.Sometimes one capability is enough.Other times software, strategy, content, hardware, installations or very different professions are needed.Renoster exists so that the most suitable combination can be built each time around the project, instead of starting from a team that is already defined.
The project comes first
We start from what needs to be realised, not from a catalogue of services or a structure to fill.
The team can change
The capabilities and professionals involved are chosen according to what the project requires.
The direction remains one
Even when different capabilities come in, the work must keep moving towards the same result.
02 / The model
A network built
around projects.
Renoster does not try to concentrate every capability in a single structure. It brings different specialist capabilities into relation and combines them when the project requires it.
A network, not an in-house office
The capabilities belong to different organisations and professionals that can be involved according to the project.
A combination, not a package
There is no set of services to buy all together.Only the capabilities that have a concrete role come in.
One project, one direction
Different capabilities must work towards the same objective, without turning the project into a sum of separate interventions.
03 / When it is needed
When the project
crosses different capabilities.
Renoster is particularly useful when what needs to be realised does not belong to a single discipline.Complexity does not necessarily depend on the size of the client or the budget: it depends on how many different things have to work together.

Digital and physical meet
Software, hardware, spaces, devices or interactions have to become parts of the same project.

Very different capabilities are needed
Strategy, technology, content, production or other specialist capacities have to collaborate on the same result.

A common direction is needed
Different activities and counterparts have to proceed in a coordinated way, keeping priorities, dependencies and direction clear.
04 / How to start
You do not need to know
who you need.
You can arrive with an objective, a need, a context to improve or something you want to build. You do not need to have already decided on technology, suppliers or a team.
Tell us what you want to achieve
We start from the objective, the context and any constraints already known.
We define what is needed
We identify the necessary capabilities and build the perimeter of the project.
We build the combination
We involve the most suitable professionals and organise the work towards a common direction.
Legal information
Renoster is presented on this site as a brand and a network.Information about the party that manages the site is given in the legal notes and in the footer.Contractual aspects relating to a possible project are defined in that specific context.
05 / Questions
Renoster,
in practice.
The model is simple: the project comes before the team. Here we clarify a few points that can be useful before starting.
What is Renoster?
Renoster is a network that brings together companies, professionals and different capabilities around specific projects. We start from what needs to be realised, identify the necessary capabilities and build each time the most suitable combination.
Is Renoster an agency?
Not in the traditional sense of the term.Renoster does not start from a fixed structure that has to handle everything internally: it uses a network of specialist capabilities and involves those that genuinely have a role in the project.
Is Renoster a 360° service?
The aim is not to offer everything to everyone. On the contrary, the model exists to choose only what is genuinely necessary.A project may require many capabilities or only one: it is the result to be reached that defines the perimeter.
When does it make sense to involve Renoster?
It is particularly useful when a project crosses different capabilities or requires the coordination of several elements: for example software and hardware, technology and physical space, content and interactions. It is not a question of size or budget, but of what has to work together.
Do the companies in the network always all work together?
Not necessarily. The composition changes from project to project and only the organisations that can contribute concretely to the result are involved.Being part of the network does not mean automatically taking part in every piece of work.
Were all the projects published on the site delivered by Renoster?
The archive collects real work that documents capabilities now present in the network, including projects developed through MightyPixel and other professionals over time. They are there to show actual experience and capabilities, without automatically attributing every piece of work to the whole network.
How do we start?
Tell us what you want to realise, who it is for, the context in which it will have to work and any constraints already known. You do not need to arrive with a complete brief, a technology already chosen or a team already defined.

Have something in mind
but don't yet know
how to make it happen?
Tell us about it.You don't need to arrive with a defined solution: we start from what you want to achieve.
