Specialists around a composition table, black-and-white photograph

NETWORK

The network is built
around the project.

Renoster brings together companies, professionals and different capabilities that can be involved according to what each project requires.

There is no standard team.We start from what needs to be realised, identify the necessary capabilities and build the most suitable combination.

UNDERSTAND / CHOOSE / COMPOSE / COORDINATE

01 / How it works

Four steps.
A different combination every time.

The project comes before the team.We start from the need, identify what is required and build around the result the most suitable combination of capabilities.

  1. A figure reading a brief that is still incomplete

    Understand what is needed

We start from what needs to be realised, the context in which it will have to work and the objectives to be reached.

  2. A figure switching on only the useful capability modules

    Identify the capabilities

We define which specialist skills are genuinely necessary to take on the project.

  3. A figure choosing who enters the project

    Build the team

We involve companies and professionals with the capabilities best suited to the role they must have in the project.

  4. A figure bringing several lines into one direction

    Coordinate the work

The capabilities involved work within a shared direction, keeping activities, dependencies and the result aligned.

03 / The combination

The team changes.
So do the capabilities.

Every project needs a different combination.Activate the capabilities to see how the composition can change.Open “+ INFO” to learn more about the role of each one.

    05 / Questions

    How the network
    works.

The network is not a fixed structure and does not automatically involve every participant. These are some of the most useful questions for understanding how a project is composed.

Is the network a supplier list?

It is more than a list. The organisations in the network make different capabilities available, but the starting point remains the project: we understand what is needed, identify the required skills and involve the professionals best suited to that specific combination.

Do all participants always work together?

Not necessarily.Being part of the network does not mean taking part in every project. The composition changes according to what needs to be realised, and only the organisations that can have a concrete role in the result are involved.

Do I already need to know who I need?

It is not necessary. You can start from what you want to achieve, even without knowing in advance the companies, professions or technologies to involve. The initial analysis also serves to identify the necessary capabilities and build the most suitable combination.

What do the external sites represent?

Each participant keeps their own identity, their own capabilities and their own official site. The external links let you get to know each organisation in more detail, while Renoster shows the role that the different capabilities can have within a broader composition.

    Does Renoster replace the participants?

Renoster is not there to replace the specialist organisations in the network. Its role is to start from the project, identify what is needed, build the most suitable combination and keep a shared direction, valuing the specific capabilities of those who are involved.

How is it decided who enters a project?

The choice depends on the role each capability must have in the result. We consider objectives, project characteristics, constraints, timings, technologies and dependencies to identify the most suitable professionals, without starting from a predefined team.

Can I contact a participant directly?

Participants keep their own identity and their own contact channels. When a need involves different capabilities, however, starting from Renoster makes it possible to think about the project as a whole and build a coordinated combination from the outset.

    Let's talk

    Have something in mind
    but don't yet know
    how to make it happen?

Tell us about it.You don't need to arrive with a defined solution: we start from what you want to achieve.

    Let's talk
Two people at a table: one explains, the other listens, and the fragments of the project start to come together
